  • If your GMT subscription has been provided to you by someone else, like your employer or a family member who invited you to use one of their dependent subscriptions, we may inform them that you have signed up for the subscription they offered you;
  • With your consent or at your direction. For instance, you may choose to share actions you’ve taken through the Services using “share” or similar features or by linking your GMT account with third-party services.

Additionally, we might share with third parties aggregated data or other information that is exempt from requirements under your jurisdiction's data protection legislation.

 

Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others

We give permission to third parties to handle our online advertising and analytics needs across the internet and other platforms. These organizations gather data about your use of the Services and other websites and online services through cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies. This data includes your IP address, device identifiers, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked, and conversion data. In addition to analyzing and tracking statistics, determining the popularity of particular material, delivering advertising and content tailored to your interests, and gaining a better understanding of your online activities, GMT and others may utilize your information. We can use your phone number or email address as an identifier to display adverts on other platforms that are more relevant to you thanks to certain of our advertising partners.

GMT is headquartered in Tokyo, and our operations primarily involve customers with Japanese SIM cards, as mobile numbers are used for profile authentication. While our main base is in Japan, it's important to note that information may be processed by us and our service partners. This processing may occur in countries that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
